Recently, I went into Bank of America at Ray & 48th street to cash my pay check. After they learned I was not a customer, I was placed into this small room for 20 minutes. I was told this was a new security measure to protect me? They repeatedly asked me to open an account. After a very long time the lady returned with my money.
I was told this was a new security measure. I reported this to my company with a request to change banks. This bank likes to mis-treat people who don't bank with them. I might not have an account. But my company does and I should not be sigled out because of this. Whats next. People will be called out of line because they are black?
