I received samples of Green Tea Extract, Acia Pure and Hoodia water. When I saw how much they were going to charge for these products, I contacted them and cancelled my membership with their company. They chose to ignore my request and charged my checking account without my authorization for products that I cancelled.
There is no way to call them and speak with a representative. They only have a website where you can submit an email to their customer service. I sent them an email 3 days ago but they have not responded. I asked them to call but they have not done that either. I don't know how to get my money back from this company. They have taken about $120. From my checking account this month. Please help!!!
