I am filing a report with the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida and warning others about this company called Netalab. I had seen an ad on the internet for some teeth whitening for $4.99 trial size which I ordered. I read the rules I thought.
About a month later, in talking to the phone rep it turns out that after 14 days they say I was to have called to cancel their order. I saw nothing when I placed the initial order other than this was a trial sample for the product for teeth whitening.
Of course I see in many places they trick you into thinking it's 30 days notification. I was billed 78.93 on my debit acct from "My Whitening" at this number, 866-363-4888. I only ordered and clicked on one company for this free trial size.
When calling this company to get a refund, for product never ordered or received, I got the run around. First you couldn't hardly understand them then they said no refund on the order but we can give you 20.00 back. When pressed, he said they'd refund me 40.00. I kept on arguing with this person and finally he said how about we give you 60.00 back. I said I am entitled to a full refund. He said he would give me the $60 refund. I told him I was contacting the FL. Attorney General and he said if I did that he wasn't going to give me any refund. I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he told me he was in a meeting for the next 4 hours, this at nearly 1 A.M. Fl. Time! Also refused to give me # to talk with a supervisor.
I told him give me the $60 refund, and he said my acct would be credited that amt in 4-5 business days. After I hung up, I filed a complaint with the FL Attorney General and the BBB.
I believe this company is just a major scam, changing names, addresses in different states and also phone numbers. (The phone rep initially told me they were based in India til I pressed for a US address.)
