It all sounded to good to be true! I should have paid more attention. Thought I was doing all of the right things. I followed the warnings on the website for Cathy's Teeth... I was forewarned to pay attention to the 15 day free trial, to be careful about the short time span for the sample and to call them every step of the way in order to keep up with their "policies about time lines and refunds or returns".

I ordered the product on 4/18 and was charged the small shipping and handling on 4/20. I cancelled, on time, on 4/29 and was told by the "India" person with the broken English... Who would not take no for an answer and I could hear the same conversations in the background (what I call the boiler room) he gave me an additional 14 days to try the product. I had until 5/16. I called "Angie" on that date and cancelled. She told me there would be no charges to my account.

I should have cancelled my bank account then. 5/20 I was charged the $78.93 and 5/21 I was charged $83.92. On 5/21 I contacted "Daniel". He told me I haven't been charged anything and that I couldn't even return the product now. I did anyway and I am still awaiting a refund of $162.85. I cannot believe I fell in to this scam. I have always been careful and I followed the rules. They have 1786 complaints with Better Business Bureau, had I checked prior to ordering... 719 of those received full refunds... I am in the smaller group of unanswered complaints. I will be going through my bank... in hopes of being within the 60 days... And I will continue requesting my full refund.

This is a very bad practice for this company. I will not be ordering anything over the internet again. I was lured into the other teeth whitening product at the same time. They REFUNDED me the entire amount and I am very pleased about that. This company has left a very bad taste in my mouth and the product did not change one thing on my husbands teeth... And they state "Whitening of up to 8 shades or more?" Only 8 shades of RED. When you get charged all this money and cannot get it back.
