5 Star, Paradise, Dynamic Fragrances... Zina, Becky, David, Richard, Anthony, Jez
The secret is out! Bridgeton, (McKelvey Rd.)

Ok so this is how it works... How they are scamming you is by them not telling you what it is you are truely doing. You really have to read between the lines, or come out and ask a full blow in your face question to get any awnsers. The first 2 days you are in "orientation." they do what is called family and friends. You sell the bottles at 27 bucks, if you sell 10 bottles you get 50 bucks 15 bottles 75 bucks and so on. You are making 5 bucks per bottle. The manager is making 11 dollars per bottle because he settles up with the company at 11 bucks. The second day of "orientation" its always extended, (friends and family that is) and you will get to draw out of a money box that supposably contains papers with 5-100 dollars written on it, what you draw is how much money you get. Usually about 20 bucks is what your get. Then the 3rd day, you go out with a trainer who has only proven themselves, not by education, or work experience, but by how many bottles they have sold themselves. When you go out you do business to business which is going door to door in BUSINESSES, you go in throw them your speel, they eaither buy or don't and you move on to the next business. So, lets say you sell 3 bottles a day (which believe me is an accomplisment on any day but friday,) your first week, they settle you up at 20. So if you sell it for 27, you make 7 bucks per bottle. 21 dollars for the day. Friday that week if you hit your goal they give you (7) which is pretty easy on a friday, the settle you up at 15, if you don't hit your goal you settle up at 17. And you settle up at 17 the rest of your: training: friday you work 9-9. They call it a powerteam. Soooooo... Lets say you make it to your "DC" distribution center... You are now the manager having other people under you do what you just did. Your job is to keep them motivated. If you do 100 bottles per week... Well if your people do, you make about 36,000 (cash) per year, (you can get it in a check... You write it to yourself... But you get a check... WITHOUT taxes taken out... But if you do sh*ty, you make nothing. And you do have to pay your expenses for your office out of the first 50 or so bottles your office does. So if your office doesn't do 50 bottles that week, who do you think is out there selling them bottles? Ummmhhhmm... You? If you have the spirit of an entrepenuer, then this is for you. The concept is there, the money is there, you just have to out weigh the bad. Its actually pretty ingenious. The AVERAGE office does 250 bottles per week. So do the math. Over 100 grand that year. You also need to think of your family... Can you take a risk like that? Here is my advise... If you live at home, are smart, or an outgoing person, go for it. If you have 5 kids, and are just laid off from a positon because of the economy or whatever, you should probabley re-think what your going to get into. They don't tell you this at first because... Well not sure... Maybe because it will scare you off and you won't take the chance, hense no money for them in the first 2 days? I don't know... I was there for 3 weeks before I started asking questions, and the so called managers were only to happy to oblige. I then realized i have 3 kids and need a job with a more set in stone income. However, if I were younger I would so get into this only do it more up front. Which is why i'm writing this. Because you need to know.
