We had a dipute with Freeway Ford for repairs that were supposedly done to our truck. We took the truck in to get the front suspsension fixed and as soon as we drove off the lot, the suspension light can back on. We went back to dealership and told them of the error, for which we had repaired there three times at this point, and they said they could not find the problem. We calle US Bank and diputed the charge by providing them Freeway Ford's invoice and a new invoice for the same repairs at Lincoln Mercury.US Bank gave up a temporary credit to our acccount. We needed to provide them "more detail", for which we thought another dealership's diagnosis would be enough, and they said it was not. They debted our account for the monies that they temporairily credited. We contacted the person working on our case and she stated we needed to have all words on the new invoice to match the exact words Freeway Ford used in their work order. We brought our truck back to Lincoln Mercury and they provided us with this information.
After securing 16 pages of documentation showing support for the un-fixed repairs that Freeway Ford said they repaired, faxing them 3 times and making serveral phone calls, US Bank simply closed our account and has not responded to us in 3 weeks. We never got a follow-up call on the faxes sent and none of our voicemails have been returned. We feel US Bank is a bank for big business not small business/consumer accounts. Steer clear of both businesses as they are unscrupulous.
