Findlay Ford rips customers off in their service department.
They charge what they call a Writeup Fee of $25 when you take your car or truck in to get worked on and then when you go to pick it up and pay they have a $25 write up fee on the invoice.
They do not reveal that fee to you till its all over with and you have to pay.
What they are doing is Illegal.
If they do not reveal a fee when you take your vehicle in they you do not have to pay it.
If you have been a victim of this scam by Findlay Ford write a complaint here on usacomplaints.com, send a letter to the State of Ohio Attorneys General Office, The Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, asking them to close down Findlay Ford for what they are doing to innocent customers by charging them to write up a work order and then not revealing beforehand about the $25 fee involved.
Lets face it.
They charge way to much for repairs in the first place
And then they try and tag on another $25 fee???
Shop elsewhere and have your repairs done by another place for lots less money.
