I actually have a small portion of resposibility to take in this, but after signing up for a "work-from-home" program I immediately noticed additional charges to my account. The original charge was supposed to be 1.98, which I did incur, but within 3 days I was charged another 72.21 without my consent.
I called for 3 days in get the charge refunded to my account (which took another week) and specifically requested they remove my name and account information from their data base, as I no longer wanted to have any affiliation with them.
Now, after 2 weeks, I have another charge added to my account for 38.84, which I obviously did not approve.
So I am now waiting for their operating hours so that I can begin the same dispute once again, hopefuly for the last time! If anyone has any suggestions for me on how to resolve this permanently, I would greatly appreciate it.
