Debit Card Fraud, Unauthorized debit from checking account of 14.95 per mo

Debit Card Fraud—unauthorized debit transactions on a monthly basis of 14.95 per month. I have never heard of this business, nor had I authorized the payment. I never received any benefit. I have contacted the company, havent heard anything from them.
