Canceled, but kept getting billed over and over. Never got reimbursed for $87.00. Or Miami? Everytime You Call Its Different

I simply ordered a sample, but did not cancel within the 14 day period.
My credit card was all of a sudden being charged with bills of $87.00 a month. I called and told them the pills made me feel sick. I was told that I would only get the $47.00 back but not the $40.00

So I canceled, and the next month I was billed $87.00 aprox. So I called again and complained. They told me I would be reimbursed, but I never got that. I am just waiting to get that back so I can cancel my card so they can not bill me again. Actually I had canceled 2 times prior to getting the latest bill of $80 something dollars.

I am so agrivated with this company I talked to the supervisor Orlando Ramirez and he told me I should get my money back on my card 5-10 business days, but I have not been reimbursed yet. I tried to call them, but you never get through to anyone, I waited 20 minutes in hopes that this would be resolved, but no one ever answered.

I feel totally ripped off by this company and I feel that this company should not get away with this!!
