2009 called for "free" book from Armando Montelongo regarding real estate buying. Got the book plus a 6 pound program that I did not order with instructions that I would automatically be charged for if I didn't cancel within a specific time period. I immediately called and canceled the program and sent it back after talking with a woman named "pam" who verified the cancellation. Little did I know that they also sent out an e-mail with instructions that I would be charged, through another of their companies $29.95 a month unless I canceled that program in a specific period of time. Do not remember ever getting the e mail and it wasn't until months later discovered that I was being charged for something I never ordered or wanted. When I called the company I was told there was nothing I could do about being reimbursed and that it was my responsibility to have read the e-mail and canceled something I never ordered. I talked with a supervisor, Kevin, in Darby Utah and got nowhere. I was also told that by canceling through "pam" was not sufficient since the different branches of the company do not communicate with each. Their treatment was unethical at the least and should be illegal. Do not deal with Armando Monelongo in any fashion and don't give this business your credit card number. If he's not in jail yet he should be. This is a rip off. Don't you be the next. I'm not the only one with this experience.
