Harassing phone calls to next door neighbor of person owing them money, they are calling constantly and do not believe the neighbor died about a year ago has no right to any of the deceased' information., FL

Washington Mutual Bank keeps calling a 91 yr blind man to try to collect funds owed by a next door neighbor who passed away about a year ago. They won't say how they got his number and will not stop calling him. As early as 8:10am and as late as 9pm.
