Exploiting Disabled Families and Workers

Fern Orshan from Sunshine Caregivers in Miami exploits Mentally challenged clients in their time of need.
Many disabled clients need help to take a bath, brush their teeth, get into their wheelchairs, and just even perform day to day functions because they are mentally challenged.

With this in mind, Medicaid and other Waivers, payed by tax payers, are available to get Care Wokers to help and WE pay these companies to do the work. Unfortunetly, Sunshine CareGivers in Miami owned and operated by Fern Orshan has a comapny that bills for this service, is then paid for this service, and then doesn't pay the workers for the service! This is very sad! She has been doing this for some time and nothing is being done about it.

Medicaid, AHCA, after many reports has not stepped in to arrest her or stopped her from billing. She keeps billing taxpayers and not paying the workers!!!
