Fired me fr confronting management fr something we were told not to do at wrk by mangament

I worked fr this company befre nd quit cause my boss would not give me a 90 quaerter raise but gave a guy there two who was there only a few weeks befre me but i went bck to wrk fr him again nd he fired me fr going to managent of place i wrked fr cause my boss went against what manager said not to do nd had us doing it anyhow nd they fired me fr going to managemnt over it in other words nd wrks fr someone else nd its okay not to do as they say nd fire me fr doing what i was told
