Hello I am informing you about these people because there has been several people fired because the boss and two employees are to close. This has happened a few times senice I was with the companey. If the two people dont want you to work there any more they will have there friend (aka the boss) find a way to fire you. Senice this is a (AT WILL STATE) I was told there is nothing i can do about this. I went in when they called me in, I swaped shifts, I worked 2 shifte (16 hr) being payed only $8.11 an hour all 16 hr. I took the client to graduation to see her neace graduate. I took her to the 4 of july to see the fire works got yelled at for having her out so late when the client requested it. They gave me the shifts because they did not want to take her places.
About two ago when I notest that the medication was not given, I called one of the employees that had been there the longest and asked where the med error reports were and she told me that i have to write it on an insident report, then she sayed did'ent we talk about this a couple days ago that we were not going to report all the med errors, and I sayed yes we did but I am going to report it, and she had reported me for a med error a week or so befor this all happened. Well after i hung up with her she call our boss (there friend) and sayed that i had been mean to the client and she had came home crying about it on the 13 of August (08/13/08) I looked it up there was nothing in the books from the 10 to the 17 of august about me being mean, They can talk the client in to any thing they want she is mentaly handcaped. Well I got wrote up and suspedes for 3 days. I explained this to the boss and she did not care what I said. I faxed the insident report to her and the office (my boss only wanted me to fax it to her) maby she was going to cove it up to i dont know. It was one of her friends (aka an employee) well then I called her boss and she sayed i dont handel this talk to your boss.
Well need less to say i went back to work and it was strained for a little bit i kept to my self so they would not have any thing agenst me. Thin I get a phone call from the office on the forth of september saying I was fired and would not event give me a reason why and sayed she dont have to it is an AT WILL STATE. So I calles my boss and she sayed that i was not talking to the client and was. Well they had in the avalanch 2 weeks or so prior to me getting fired asking for 2 people in grayling to work as care givers. So i thought something was fishie, Well I want people to know that wach if your co-workers are friends with the boss you could get fired to. If any one has any comments about this let me know.
I have had maney jobs where this has happend and it should not happen it is not fair to the rest of us. Thanks for reading thisDont let this happen to you...
