I dropped my normal payment for storage in the drop box on the 31 of March. Since I knew that I was late, I included all applicable late fees and the next month's rental charges. The manager held my order until the 10 of April and mailed it back to me saying that I owe $243.57 for my storage to be returned back to updated status.
Now I have received a letter saying I owe $700 to bring the account up to date. All this occured when I still had two days before lein fees were supposed to be charged. Now my children and I are going to lose our clothes, shoes, and their toys. No one will give the number to the corporate office she can be corrected.
