Horrible Customer Service - return or exchange faulty product

Omg. I have never encountered a worse customer service than Fry's. They are so rude and just would not give in. They have a faulty product and they would not admit it. They tried to trick you into believing it's your fault the product's not working.

If you wouldn't budge, they tried and tried to talk you out of returning it, because according to them, they are the "expert", and there are always customers who "don't know what to do with their electronics" and "set it up the wrong way!"

Then they would try to talk you into accepting store credit. They must've mentioned "store credit" for 30 times!

And if you return your product in another fry's that happens to have another tax rate, the tax rate at the place of return would apply. And in my case, they are eating me A LOT of money. It is Sales tax, if they are a franchise store, they should return you the whole amount with the original sales tax. It is just so Effed Up! In the end, they still charged me five bucks without explaining anything. I had to find out from my receipt!

So Effing Wrong. For a store this size, you should really reconsider your so-called "store policies" and train your people manners. They seem to really need them.
