I was never contacted with a letter or any other correspondence regarding this law suit. It shows that a judgement was entered in 2006. My check was garnished in 2009 for almost $3,000 dollars

I was never contacted with a letter or any other correspondence regarding this law suit. It shows that a judgement was entered in 2006. My check was garnished in 2009 for almost $3,000 dollars. My employer took the last payment out of my check in March. I called for my letter of satisfaction on today and the representative tells me that I still owe them $550.00. This is just a ripoff the initial balance was for a credit card 500.00. This is the biggest crock of mess anyone could ever put together. I need to see what rights I have and what I could possibly do.
