It was late at night, I don't usually do those online offers... But I did sign up for the samples... Which I haven't even had a chance to use yet... I was out of town... And All of a sudden, they are charging my credit card huge amounts of money...$ 74.90, $64.95 and sending me additional products. A bottle of pills arrived yesterday and I called for the RMA # to return the bottlle (which on the bottom of the form says if not completely satisfied to return it as per instructions)... But 2 cust. Service womenPatricia is one... Refused to reverse the charges back to my credit card, but she did cancel the auto-shipments. I have not worked since January... And I did not sign up... At least knowingly... For auto-shipments. This is deceptive marketing and promotion, and I would like to see this company fined and shut down. We're in a RECESSION... And the Govt. Simply cannot let these unscrupulous, deceptive people get away with murder.
I didn't see anything on their site when I signed up for the Trial Products for the automatic charges for additional products that would be made to my Credit Card. They are a dishonest company, and I think the content of their products should also be investigated. This is stated on the bottom of the first page of their website: If you have any questions, please click here to contact us. Customer service representatives are also available by phone at (888) 478-4792. If you are not completely happy with the results, simply call us at (888) 478-4792 and return the unused product for a full refund (less shipping and handling). It's just that simple. And yet they have refused me the refunds... THEIR WEBSITE SAYS: "We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy... AND YET, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND ME.
