Online, I ordered a 'free trial' of a body creme on April 3 for $ 5.95... The ad said, "if not satisfied, return it within 14 days for a full refund". I was out of town when it arrived... And after the 14 days... Body Solutions began making unauthorized charges to my credit in the amounts of $ 33.44 & $ 41.22 for products they did not send and which I did not order.
When I called them, Jack said, that with the "Free Trial" of the Body Creme... The tube of creme has to be returned within 14 days to them or they bill for the full price. So... Understand thispoint: If the contents of the Body Solutions Creme are any good at all... And if the tube of creme is returned to them... Then... WHAT DO THEY DO WITH THE CONTENTS? Do they re-package it and send it to someone else...? Which would violate a whole lot of Health Regulations... Or, does the tube of Body Solutions Creme contain only junk creme which they dispose of... in which case they would be marketing something other than what it really is.
I've called my bank to do chargeback disputes on the unauthorized charges... But I think that since it is not stipulated on their webpage... About returning the tube after 14 days or be charged full prce and then get unauthorized charges onto my credit card for products they haven't even sent... This company needs to be investigated. They are in cahoots with Reservatrol... Another company I just reported... Reservatrol sent me the "Free Trial of anti-cellutlite pills for $ 6.95... Then billed my credit card with more unauthorized charges...$ 64.95 (for the "Free Trail" offer, $ 24.95 (for what I don't even know), and $ 74.90 for a second bottle of pills... When I didn't even have a chance to open the first bottle! And even though they print on their order form to ask for an RMA (return Merchandise form)... They won't give a # for one and refused to take back the unopened bottle I had just received that morning I called them and refused to reverse the charges to my credit card bill. These people need to be taken OUT of society and put in prison. Not only are the charges a hassle to deal with and it takes time to deal with the bank and their paperwork, not only is it upsetting and stressful... (and stress causes Cancer...)... But it also takes me away from trying to get work and has really stressed me out causing me this extra burdon in life to deal with... And I'm already over-whelmed trying to make my basic payments... That is why these people should be heavily fined and put in prison away from Society where they can't hurt people such as myself. I'd rather pay more in taxes for more prisons just to keep these people out of society.
