On a secondary bank account which I only use for major purchases and do nt monitor it, as it is only used occasionally I learned that a monthly charge was being charged by Value Plus and Explorer USA. The only reason I learned of this withdrawal was the account is depleted and I received an overdraft for the charge. I have contacted them, they could tell me nothing. I did not sign up for either of these and have no idea how they got my debit card information. When I spoke to them they said well this charge has been occurring since 2006. They owe me almost $700. They said I would get a form to fill out and they would refund, well needless to say I won't hold my breath on them returning this money. Any class action lawsuit against this fraud can count me in. This company needs to be closed.
How can they charge you, never send you any information on the property and keep being allowed to stay in business. This company needs to be stopped.
