Unauthorized debit to my account

Fortunately I check my checking account daily. I had a pending $100 charge. I called my bank to see what it was, as I had not charged anything on my account for this amount. They told me that they couldn't tell me what it was, just that it would clear in 2 days. I checked back 2 days later, they told me it was a charge coming through from CCBill.com and gave me a 1-888 number to call. I called and nobody answered, it just rang & rang. I looked ccbill.com up online to see what kind of company it was and saw this complaint. I called the bank back immediately & told them it was a fruadulent charge. I had to go to the bank right away and sign an affidavit stating that it was an unauthorized charge, and I had to state that my debit card had been out of my possession in order for them to stop the charge from coming through my account! After reading these other complaints, it looks like they actually bought something or used their website in some way. I, on the other hand, had done nothing with this company! I don't use this account for online buying, I don't have automatic withdrawals out of this account, I don't use online billpay with this account. I have no idea how they got my account information or what makes them think they have authorization to debit my account. So, you ccbill employees, try to talk you way out of this one! There is no excuse! There is no error on my part. You tried to rip me off and I was able to stop you. The account has been closed.
