CAPITAL MANAGEMENT VENTURES/NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY has fraudulently reported a negative item on my credit report. I sent CERTIFIED MAIL: explaining the following:
Please be advised you are reporting inaccurate information on my credit reports. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am requesting:
Validation that this debt is mine.
Validation that this debt is being reported within the 7-year time frame as allowed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Validation of the original 'Date of Delinquency' for this debt (not the reporting" date).
And any and all documentation relating to bills/invoices, notices, collection attempts and collection company notices and by whom and when relating to this as listed on my credit report.
I filed a report with the Federal Trade commission.
I filed a dispute with Experian.
I called the company to dispute and sent emails.
(Calls and emails have not been answered)
My credit score is now 100 points lower and AMEX just lowered my credit line 7000.00 what a mess this has become.
Unfortunately, I don't know what else to do. I see many many complaints regarding this company on this web site but I have yet to find a posting with a resolution to this problem. Please help if you have had a resolution. For Now I just wait
