NOT GETTING PAID, paycheck 5 days late (not the first time this has happened to me)

They said not responsable for my check after they say they mailed. They use me when they have no one. Also they never send supviser to an elderly persons house, they go without proper care. They have problem paying people or they just discriminate me, for reasons unknown.
