In these depressing times you would think that these companies would like to hold on to the customers they have acquired. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and unfortunately they prefer to lose me for $20. Imagine me staying a customer for another 6 years. Do the math. I am being inconvenienced and I have to pay to receive a new box. It is bad enough that I not only lose my favorite shows I have taped but I have paid to record these shows. Adios Direct TV, Cox cable here we come.
