On April 16 I went to have a routine procedure done on a tooth, #14. I went into the dentist office in the morning to have an old filling removed that the doctor said was leaky and I would eventually need it removed. So my goal was to replace it before it came out. The procedure was very painful, I felt the needle and the drill. I mentioned to him it was very painful and his response was why should it. I came back later that day for the filling to be put in and he did not numb my mouth at all. The doctor said it was a difficult tooth. I knew something was wrong I felt the filling he put in was not supposed to be there.
A few days later I went to another dentist for a second opinion and I was informed the filling that DR. REMTIN put in was not correct and the tooth should have had a crown on it. My new dentist said that my nerve was very close to being cut during the process. My goal is to inform the public about dentists who cannot preform correct dental procedures. Not to mention I had to pay his ridiculous fee plus the cost to fix his mistake.
