Upon filling out the form and providing the credit card, the system crashed and double billed my card, then failed to provide any report whatsoever.
No response to email customer service and the chat button was only available during while they were pushing the transaction, not after.
Had to go back through registration to open a chat window. They finally refunded the double billing. Then couldn't find the report. Said they'd email it to me, but I have yet to receive it.
What I'd really like to know is if there are people search services that provide a full check on liens, property, etc. That work well and are reasonable. Most of these services charge $50 for a computer automated search that doesn't work half the time. Adding up the revenues from systems with hardly any workers, that is a staggeringly greedy money pump.
Reasonable to me would be a $12 full record search. Does anyone know of something better than the norm?
