Business is a complete scam. They call asking you about your "existing account", when I said I did not want their product I was told it would be sent anywhere and I would have to return it. I returned it but they said I still owe them money.
Here's a breakdown of their corruption:
-Salesperson said we had an "existing account", now they tell me we never had an account with them
- Said they went over pricing, they did not!
- Was told I could return the CD, but my company still owes them money
- They say they have a tape of me accepting the order. They only have tape of me confirming the mailing address. They conveniently did not tape me saying I did not want the product and I would return it if sent. Their answer to that is they can't keep tape of every call.
- Excuse for salesperson lying that we had an existing account and saying they would send out the package anywhere - its called
"Salesperson Rebuttal". Basically when you say no the salesperson lies and lies.
Do not do business with this company.
