This company been charging my account whithout my permission starting on 4-21 until 5-12-04. I've been charge for services i've not recieved. I've never signed up for any membership with the company and i don't know how they got a hold of my account. I canceled the account last month and was told they were going to credit my account for 3 months when they been charging me since 4-21-01.
They said that they have me on tape agreeing the membership. They've ordered a copy of the tape of the conversation. They send me a letter saying that they have the tape and i have 15 days to call them back to review the tape. When i called them back they couldn't find the tape.
