I ordered off the web site dps nutrition the product "Now 7 Keto" on Jan. 21
When the order arrived, I received t-911 and not Now 7 Keto.
The receptionist asked if I like to buy it, and I said definitely no, and they mailed me a return UPS tag, along with the Now 7 Keto on Jan 26.
I had to buy package tape and drive in the snow to drop off t-911.
I called stating the inconvenience of getting product not requested, and inconvenience of costs to return.
Both the receptionist and manager tried to sale me product, stated it might have been something I always wanted to try, and that often times customers will buy product. And that I must return product and they didn't care about me having to buy tape and travel to UPS drop off location.
The manager become rude, and I feel this business practice is not ethical.
I returned the product Feb 11, and would like reimbursement of transportation $5, tape $2.22, and complaint made known of this business practice.
