I emailed this company about their 100% price match guarantee and was misled and lied to. Their web site claims free shipping which is a total lie!
The product that they tried to sell me wasn't even close to the same product that I am interested in buying! The product that they tried to sell me could be bought for $1.00 less at the place where I will be buying my scooter and their product has fewer extra, free features!
When I tried to reply to their sales emails with the contradictory information that I found on their web site, my emails were returned as spam.
I am disabled but think things through before taking action. I think that this Limited Liability Company is taking advantage of consumers with their limited liability classification.
They claim free lift-gate delivery to your door but when you go to check out, there is a $39.00 fee for this service. Their equivalent warrantee costs $189.00! They charge $1259.97 for a $999.00 scooter!
If I had investigated more, I would have found more bogus information but nobody is paying me for this investigation and I am just trying to help others from being scammed.
The company that I am buying my scooter from truly has free lift-gate delivery, free freight insurance, free 12 months drive train and frame warrantee with 6 months on parts and a $1098.00 scooter really costs $1098.00 delivered to my door.
