Mike and Alexander ar 1 and the same scammers!
Bided at ebay on an item claimed to be authentic. Item Significantly Not As Described: Lacoste Thrill Sz 10 Mens Shoes Green / White (#7746875154) Payment Method: Bank to Bank Wire Transfer Payment Date: Mar-07 Additional Details: item not at all authentic. You can buy same item in Greenhills (PLACE KNOWN FOR SELLING KNOCK-OFF COPIES OF FAMOUS BRANDS) for a significantly lower price or PHP950- US$18), without having to pay for the ghastly over priced delivery (was charged US$50 for a local registered mail worth less than PHP 15- about US$3). I had bidded on the item since the seller had stated that it was 'authentic'. If you considered the charge of the shipping and the description, you will definitely see FRAUD here.
Tried to get in touch with Mr. Alexander Leonio aka nmachiaveli" through email and through his 'contact seller' at Ebay - he ignored it. Went through the whole process of mediation at Ebay. Ended up being called a 'liar' as he called all who called his product a fake.
Filed appropriate report at FTC, FBI IC3, Interpol, and Ebay.
But Ebay continues to allow him to trade rip-off items through their facility! I believe that Ebay must also be held liable since on the oset of getting bad feedbacks for this person they (Ebay) should have cut-off his account to prevent future victims.
His other Ebay account is badminton_blue. You may check the items he had sold -mostly rubber shoes and compare the way it was presented in both accounts.
Latest bad news, Ebay allowed him ot keep the comments against him private. Ebay seems to be protecting him than his victims!

More than 5 negative feedbacks all claiming one and the same - THEY HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED by ALEXANDER LEONIO aka NMACHIAVELI they were sold FAKE rubber shoes. Isn't that a red flag?
He had posted several defamatory and libelous blogs at craiglist and scam101. Even using a nom de guerre as 'jennifermla' (Alexander, you had a sex change?)
Attempts have been made by him to connect me to other ebayers-'information given by Ebay) aka as jerrycollins69 aka lordrowel_06' are totally FALSE. Now with all 5 plus my follow-up feedback proves once and for all that Mr. (or Ms?) Alexander Leonio is the TRUE scammer!
Most companies who feel strongly about the integrity of their product will offer a refund instead of going all through this. Guess you knew deep inside you that what you had sold was FAKE!
Ebay and other websites should protect us, the victims from bottom dweller like you. People like you who give false claims of 'authenticity'. People like you who fabricate lies just because you can't handle the truth.
People should be warned against dealing with Alexander Leonio who peddles lies and pretends it's the truth!
With the multiple identities he has created at craiglist, ebay and others, he defends himself and pretends to be others. He is also seem so confused also confused that he forgets the subject matter on hand aside from his gender (he called himself 'jennifermla' at one time)
Again check out through Google his handle 'nmachiaveli'. Read over the negative feedback that he tries to hide. Again, even with a zillion of positive feedbacks (of which I suspect, he may has created on his own, will not over come the 5 out of 5 negative feedbacks whch all claims what he was peddling at Ebay were fakes!
BTW, he claims to be in San Bruno, California and yet is a registered user in Australia and some of the blog inputs registered himself in Manila on the same instance! His rebuttal is an attack against himself!
