I ordered coffee from the Seattle coffee company. The ordered contained two flavors of coffee, two coffee mugs and two travel mugs. After I received the package, I canceled any further orders because I didn't like the coffee. On november 9, my checking account was charged $79.00 by the Seattle Coffee Company, I called them immediately and was told by a customer service rep. That the computers had made a mistake and that my money would be returned within the next few days, I have not received any money and when I try to call all I get is a busy signal. Then today I get a package from Cafe Saporito. I don't know what is in it, because I am not going to open it and then get charged for something that I did not order. The package will go back to the post office to be returned at their expense. This company is a disgrace to all companies who do treat their customers fairly. I want my money back and I hope that somewhere a Judge throws the book at "the seattle coffee copany" people have it hard enough these days without being RIPED-OFF, by the likes of companies like this
