They charged my bank debit card for $29.95 without any authorization from me. Connecticut

This company, Credit Diagnosis charged my bank Debit Card $29.95 on 4-27-09. I did not authorize this charge to be taken from my account. On the day they say I signed up with them I was working which was 4-19-09. They are ripping people off. When you try to call and cancel they put your on hold, never answer and then I was told it was bad weather so I would have to wait longer than ususal to speak to a person.
