Beware! Do not purchase anything from ProtecSound and the guys that are peddling it. The items are not worth what they say they worth. If you want to buy pay 1/4 of what they want for it. I guarantee you they'll take whatever they can get.
I got this one, (PT-5000s) from a guy in a Home Depot / KMart parking in Fort Lauderdale, Florida lot who claimed his warehouse gave him one too many systems and he wanted to sell it. He then showed me a magazine with a price tag of $1999.99 and then told me to give him $400.00, he also told me to go to www.ptswoofers.com, (which is the only place on the web you can find any information about this product). After about 5mins. I agreed to give him $200.00 he hesitated but took it quite willingly. I figured it was a scam but I after looking at the system I figured it was not worth more than $200.00 so now like you all I am looking to see if there are any reviews out there on this thing.
After flying back to the Bahamas and hooking it up I am glad that I only paid $200.00 for it.
Tell everyone not to purchase any of these systems for more than $100.00.
