Mailed me a check for 4,871.39 to pay taxes on a win of 350,000

I was sent a check for 4,871.39 to pay the taxes on a prize win of 350,000. I was one of the lucky winners in the second category of the publishers clearing house and a compensation draw sweepstakes. I was to do nothing until i called my claims agent jason brown at 12508841099 and then i would be given further instructions. I would then have a check for 350,000 delivered to me by a special courier. I just hope that in this current financial climate no one falls for this scam
