Fraud

I just recieved, in the United Staes Mail, a "Notice of Collection Payment" for a supposed bill owed Sprint PCS. As I have no connection with Sprint, I recognized that this was a fraud. Fortunately I checked for the Company on Goggle and found that it was, truly a fraud. If the FTC in Delaware is uninterested, I suggest it be referred to U.S. Mail. I am going to do this in our local station.
