In February of I recieved a bill from Sprint for a phone I never ordered, the next day a Sprint phone that I never ordered.
I could not reach anyone by phone and returned the phone with the bill and a note inside the next day (via Fed Ex).
After numerous bills and phone call hours (each time the company apologizing and saying the charges would be reversed) I now have a recieved a letter from a collection agency trying to collect on this bill.
I am sending a fraud report to their company today, which cost me $10.00 to have notorized (required by Sprint fraud dept.) and I don't know what it is going to cost to send it registered mail.
I am being charged for connection fees ($396) and early disconnection fees on a phone I never orderd.
