This column does not have enough wording for my complaints. Basically, I ordered and finally received a go cart that is useless after 2 hours of operation. I cannot tell you how disappointed my three children of 8,7, and 5 are about their present. Not only is this go cart impossible to start without a battery charger, but the pipe to the muffler cracked in half and the chain broke on the first day. I have been promised replacement parts for months without seeing the parts.
Customer service and warranty is not this company's strong pointts. Now I know why the company does not take credit cards and only accepts checks over the phone. Credit card companies have more rights to refunds that the average consumer.
