On March 23rd, an entity going by KCSOFTLLC COM reported a $9.95 charge on my National City CheckCard, posting a phone number in Spokane, WA (509-461-1556). Naturally, the charge is bogus and the phone number is disconnected. I can't really be sure this entity's principals are anywhere near Washington. This is not even a ripoff. It's just a front for users of stolen credit/debit cards.
