How dare you mistreat customer of 50 years! - Sears credit card services

Sear Execs,

Please know we elderly folks are not pleased with the rotten way you have treated us, after 50 years of being faithful customers, always paying our bill way above & beyond the required, and fell for your "no finance charge" deal. The lawn-mower on that plan is well paid for, but because we have bought a few more yard goods, since then, and almost had them all paid for, you added $84.31 to the $150 balance because the entire bill wasn't paid by July. We are elderly, and had no idea how your "no financing" system worked. To add insult to injury, and because Sears refused to move the due date later into the month to accomodate our Social Security checks, you added a $35 late charge, thus our $150 July balance made for $270.13 now due!!! Would you do this to your parents or grandparents?
One of your rude clerks did remove the late charge. Thanks for that! But, there should be a complete creditting of this finance charge because the lawn-mower is long paid for. Our account ends in 4244. If you have any kind of a conscience, you will remove these unfair charges from our account.

If not, we will never buy another thing from Sears, and will pass the word. SHAME ON SEARS!
