Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I recieved a phone call back in mid december from freedom resource credit company and was offered a $2500 credit limit at a low cost. I agreed and gave them my checking account information and a week later the money was withdrawn from my account. I was told that the card will arrive before christmas allowing me to use the card before the holidays. I waited and waited late into januarary so i cancelled the card and was told that the refund will be paid within 30 days and now it's late april with no responce or check. I got ripped off and would like my money back! Help! Tim cerritos, california
