On August 1 a representive named Kenny Johnson #182, room #55555. He offered me a deal I knew was too good to be true, but being in a finacial jam, I thought it would help me straigten my credit.
They told me if I would pay them $221.95 they would give me a unsecured credit card of $2500.00 with a discount package. After allowing them to direct deposit $221.95 out of my checking account, I received the package a month later.
Once I received the package I recognized the card they promised me was a secured credit card where I had to deposit money on the card. I called the company at the number that was printed on my bank statement. I spoke to a reprentive who said his name was Michael Andrew Smith #305, who assured me if I would send the package back, I would receive a refund of 201.95. They would keep $20.00 for processing fee. That was find with me, I sent the package back certified and received a tracking number. Once the tracking number showed me the package was received I call Freedom resource back at 678-239-0133 and a representive told me my check would be processed on Feb. 15.
On Feb. 30 I called back and ask why I have not received my refund, they went on to tell me that my check will not be mailed out until March 28. I waited and waited until April 15 no check. Tried to call back haven't been able to get through all I receive is busy signals. Some one please tell me what I need to do to get my money back. I have my tracking numbers for the package I sent back and the address I sent it too.
If I don't get my money back I just want to make everyone aware of this Freedom Resource, they are not out to help you, and it is too good to be true. I pray that eventually that they are caught and made liable for their ripping innocent, hard working people off. If any of this information I have could help anyone help us, please let me know.
