Barbara LoFranco born Oct., 26 1965 is a deadbeat parent in Felton, near Santa Cruz California. She has abused the system through fraud and perjury to the detriment of her children. She has churned over $ 75,000 in attorney bills, through her lies and deception in court. She has had the assistance of evil "family" law Attorneys Thornton Kontz, Anita Elliot and Heidi Simonson to help her hurt her own children. These attorneys are as bad as Barbara with their lies and manipulations, yet they are supposed to be officers of the court.
They have proved they can care less about children, families and the truth. The car only about money and what they consider "winning" despite the damage to the children. She has racked up well over $50,000 in arrears even with a very low child support based on her misrepresented salary as a loan consultant for Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual Banks. Claims to have made only $87 in commissions all last year, and forgot all about her $18,000 signing bonus. She even lied on the form to get her kids free lunches at their school.
Took the last two summers off. Has broken almost every order of the court without regard to her own children's well being. She has been months between conversations with her son. Seeing him only a few times over a two year period despite living less that one mile away. She has told her own father so much false and damaging information that he, Robert Golling attempted to fight his own grandson on behalf of Barbara while very drunk, at his grandson Spencer's (15th) birthday party. Her parent have had no contact with their own grandson, not even a phone call. These "grandparents" have also been able to make her divorce profit for her. They where able to by her a house, with a garage she rents as an illegal duplex, they where able to roll that into 1.6 million dollar home that they again converted and rented as an illegal duplex... And the deadbeat Barbara LoFranco said in court, "If I pay my child support I will have to live in substandard housing". No we would not want that, don't lose her prized Accura despite the fact that one month of her car payments is more than she pays in child support in a year.
She has finally found a boyfriend after quite an unproductive, yet vigorous hunt and moved on to charm his children at the expense of her own. She has chosen to alienate her own children in favor her boyfriend, Howard Meyer. Howard was made available after his wife, Lisa Meyer left him to move in with her boss, a selfish group of people in which Barbara perfectly fits.
She did not pay her child support, but does not have a problem with it for others - she happily collected many, many times what she has paid, half of her ex husbands salary, and is happily spending her boyfriend Howard Myers' child and spousal support he receives from his ex wife, who was and still is the breadwinner in that family.
She has lied to family, friends and all others who would listen to cover her horrible, selfish and deviant behavior, blaming everyone from her own children to there father and his family
Barbara Jean Golling LoFranco, Barbara J. LoFranco is one of the worst deadbeats ever and dishonest in her dealing with the courts and she is looking through peoples most personal information, as a loan consultant! Who could ever trust such a person. I bet these "clients" have no idea who or what they are dealing with. He boss has also helped her to avoid her parental, moral and legal obligation by not honoring multiple wage garnishments. She has the same boss, Tom Unger at Wells Fargo as she did at Washington Mutual Home loans, the building and company just changed names and they are "friends". She vacations at his cabin, hardly works, and she was able to convince him somehow not to honor a legal wage assignment presented to him signed by the judge multiple times at huge risk of contempt of court charges against him personally, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual. She has some special powers...
She is pathetic, yet quite charming and believable with no conscious, a very dangerous combination. And so much more... Please hire this deadbeat to help her make her arrears payments which as crazy as it sounds have been set at only $100.00 per month and she still has to be garnished. The court has financed her without penalty so far but there are currently more than 50 charges of perjury and contempt of court in process.
Please do not try this, pay your child support, do the right thing for your kids. Barb is a professional con artist and deadbeat. As a child of an alcoholic dad, Robert Golling and depressed unproductive mom, Elaine Golling and this lifetime of cover-up has honed this deadbeats skills to the level of artist and master. Please be careful she is completely believable and has no bounds for her dishonesty or manipulation of the system and/or people.
She also refuses to communicate with her children's father, because it is "hard" for her. Not even listen to phone messages she claims. I do not believe she ever considers how hard she has made a divorce, something that for many children is a one time traumatic event, with many adjustments, into a ten year dragging of her children's lives through the court system while she, her parents and the attorneys all profit at her children's expense.
The kids medical needs have not been met nor has she cooperated to get care for her children, even after being ordered to do so by the court on many occasions. She has completely missed multiple surgeries and treatments with out even a call to check on the while her children were recovering. She has refused to take he own child for emergency care also of a serious head injury that happened when she was present and required emergency response from the local fire department and emergency personnel. She had to go on a camping trip with her boyfriend. Really.
There are tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid bills for the care of her children. Paid by the custodial parent and never reimbursed and many others just ignored and now in collection hurting the custodial father's credit rating not her's.
The courts have wasted so much time, energy and resources on what should have all been a pretty simple, previously agreed upon divorce in which an agreement was made to "do it in the best way possible for the kids". Throw in bad intentions from a bad, poorly raised and dishonest person, Barbara Golling LoFranco, willing accomplishes in her parent, Robert and Elaine Golling and her attorneys, Anita Elliot, Heidi Simonson and Thorton Kontz, to a system based on trust, honor, oath and "giving one's word" and unfortunately not only does the truth suffer, the system deteriorates and it is the kids that suffer the most, the deepest and the longest.
Please help deadbeats to see the damage they do to the children and custodial parents that they leave in their selfish wake.
