I really feel as an idiot. My partner was approached by Sam Jones of Worldwide Timeshares in November. He advised my spouse he had a customer about the telephone for the Wyndham Home. I mentioned I do want to consult with his boss and he or she said nobody was there. I stated "you CAn't tell me that somebody is not there." (it had been 4:00 pm on the Friday). She stated, "you can't tell me nobody is here now. You are there and that Iam below and you have no idea." She then put on me.
I called again on another phone and my partner requested for "Todd" and he responded the telephone. (I'd talked with Todd before). The switchboard user lied in my experience which may be the worst instance of customer support I've actually observed in my entire life. I called back to speak using the switchboard operator and named the amount shown about the agreement and he or she responded and would not talk. I stated, "Hi, I will notice you, may you notice me? She'd create some type of sound. Lastly, she asked me who I had a need to consult with. I stated, in my opinion it is you. I simply need one to understand I understand you lied in my experience and it is been documented." She stated I'd named a personal point and stated she was anticipating a contact and had a need to log off the telephone." I examined the number I named in my own mobile phone also it was their quantity. Again, lied to. Again, we just decided to record our home with Worldwide upon the very first telephone call when my partner adamantly informed them we'd just record if there is a customer and "John J." advised my spouse the customer was on another point of course if he did not acknowledge today, he'd need to visit the following vendor. He advised my spouse he'd half the cash today and would fund another half. False Advertising!!! Mike also informed my spouse the $1950.00 was his fee for that purchase, another rest. Because we were told upon the very first telephone call our home have been offered and nearly 3 months later we're still being handled as previously mentioned and also the purchase hasn't been completed, excluding all of the lies we've been informed, we would like our money returned instantly.
Today is 4/17/09 and that I named Shawn and he set me on-hold for 25 units after which hung-up on me. I called back and he explained "used to donot mean to."
