Cancelled my order and they won't send me a refund, won't answer my calls or e-mails

I was one of those trusting individuals that felt sorry for the 2 young people that showed up at my door, they talked me into 2 magazine subscriptions - total of $114.00 on 2/28/09. The next day, I thought about it and felt I had been scammed, so I faxed in my cancellation on 2/27/09. According to the cancellation form you should allow 4 - 6 weeks for your refund. It has now been 6 weeks and have not heard from them. They will not answer or return phone calls if I'm lucky enough to get through, seems the only time they answer is when they are closed and it says to call back. They also have not answered any of my e-mails, that I have sent numerous times.
I guess I should just kiss my $114 goodbuy! I really feel sorry for legitamate groups that are out selling things because I will never by again!!!
