Diconnected phone number... Won't return calls... Want money upfront but cant contact them after you give them money

Ask for fee upfront then they promise to keep in touch which they don't do. When you call their phones are disconnected or you are told no one is in yet, fire in building etc. A scam. They send no documentation on what they say they are doing for you. Toll free number gets answered by another company. Customer service line is disconnected.
