I was fresh out of high school and went to uds to become a ultrasound techician, at the time i was told ot to sign anything but i did they told me the course would be about 11 months and i would have my certificate,
Well i signed for student loans after much pressure from them, attended classes excled in my classes only to find out it was for medical assistant not even ultrasound tech, i spoke to president and displayed my disappointment they kept giving me the run around
They took all my student loan money and now i am stuck paying it back for something i dont even have, financial institution was informed of this at the time and they kept giving them the money anyway after much protest from me
Is there anything i can do now i have all these collectors coming after me for the loans, and as for the financial institution, can i go after them also for sending money out when they were contacted numberous times not too
I need help i can not afford all this
