My name is Cynthia. 2/2/09, I leased a home from Gwendolyn McKinley, (a South Metro Remax Agent), who owns a property management company AAA MANAGEMENT, at Colonnade trail, Alpharetta, GA. I found out because there was a warning note on my door, from the listing agent for the foreclosure. The warning advised me to move out immediately. I contacted the foreclosing attorney, McCurdy & Candler, L.L.C., and spoke to Michelle who is over this case, she told me that I had been screwed, move now, or they would have my things put on the street. The house foreclosed on 2/3/09. The next day, after I moved in. I paid, aaa management, $3500.00. They are avoiding me! I'M A SINGLE PARENT, & WE HAVE NO WHERE TO GO.
