I am in the process of selling my home. Found Pat Swoope online and decided to give her a try. We scheduled our initial appointment for Saturday at 10:30AM.
On that Saturday at 10:25AM received a call saying she would be here in 20 mins... After 40mins i called and asked if she would be here anytime soon, she then stated 10 more minutes.
I asked if this is the great customer service i should expect from a Remax Agent (Pat Swoope) and she said there was nothing wrong with her not being here at our apointment time. Because she did extensive research on my property.
Bottom line, if you make an apt time, keep it. Dont make it the customer fault for your disregard to others time. Apparently some Remax Agent's Pat Swoope) are so experienced and profitable that they do not need to worry about commitments they have made.
